PRACTICE ORAL ENGLISH AT HOME 5TH AND 6TH GRADERS

Hello everyone! The auxiliary assistants want the students from 5th and 6th grade to continue practicing the concepts that we have been working on. Please work on these different pages a little per day. There are several activities that will help you learn more vocabulary and question identification. There are conversation questions, concept and logic questions, color and size identification, number pronunciation and memorize. We look forward to working with you in person again soon!!

Los auxiliares de conversación han preparado un material para los alumnos de 2º, 3º Y 4º curso para seguir practicando. Por favor trabajad un poco cada día. FORREST SAYS... HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR

El año nuevo chino se celebra en una cuarta parte del mundo. El Festival de Primavera es una fiesta importante en China continental, Hong Kong, Macao y Taiwán, y en muchos de los países vecinos de China, como Singapur y Corea del Sur. Y se celebra en  muchas ciudades  del mundo. 

The Chinese New Year it is celebrated in a fourth part of the world. The Spring Festival is a very important party in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as in many other countries such as Singapur, and South Corea. It is also celebrated in many cities around the world. 

Según el animal del horóscopo chino el Año 2020 es el año de la Rata. Año Nuevo cae el Viernes 24 de enero de 2020 y el festival dura desde 25 de enero hasta el 8 de febrero, 15 días en total.

According to the Chinese horoscope, 2020 is the year of the Rat. New Year is on Friday 24th of Januray and the festival will last since the 25th until the 8th of february. A total of 15 days.

Besides watching the kids behaviour from now till Christmas, every day he will do a prank and we must find him, write what he did and take it to the advent calendar. THere will be a surprise for us. 

A demás de encargarse de observar el comportamiento de los niños y niñas hasta Navidad, cada día realizará una travesura y debemos encontrarlo, escribir qué ha hecho y llevar  la nota al calendario de adviento. Habrá una sorpresa esperándonos. 

FORREST SAYS...IT'S THANKSGIVING!

Hoy hemos celebrado Acción de Gracias en el cole. 

Today we have celebrated Thanksgiving. 

Los auxiliares nos han explicado en qué consiste esta festividad y por qué se celebra. 

The language assistants have explained us what is it and how it is celebrated. 

Después hemos reflexionado sobre la gratitud. Cada alumn@ ha escrito un mensaje de gratitud en una pluma y entre todos hemos formado la cola de este bonito pavo.

 

Finally we have thought about the gratitude. Each student has written a grateful message on a feather and we formed the tail of this beatiful turkey. 

FORREST SAYS....CHECK OUT OUR WORK IN NOVEMBER

PRIMERO

En primero estamos trabajando el tema de la familia creando una actividad de solapas en el cuaderno para repasar el vocabulario. 

At the first grade we are working on the topic of family by making a flap activity to review vocabulary. 

TERCERO

Nuestros alumnos de 3º están muy ilusionados preparando el proyecto de Science para las Jornadas de puestas abiertas. Como podéis ver, estamos trabajando sobre el sistema esquelético. 

Our 3 grade students are very excited preparing the Science project for the Open Days. As you can see, we are working on the skeletal system.

CUARTO
The students learn the jobs in English and have fun playing the game "what am I?".

Los alumnos aprenden los trabajos en inglés y se lo pasan bien jugando a "¿qué soy?"

QUINTO
En 5º de Primaria hemos terminado el primer tema de Social Sciences. Ya sabemos mucho sobre la población, en España y en la Unión Europea, y cómo representarla en diferentes gráficas.

In 5th grade, we ha finished the first Social Sciences Unir. We already know a lot of things about population, in Spain and in the UE, and how to represent it un different types of graphs.

SEXTO 
In sixth grade we are doing this lapbooks to review the function of nutrition.

En sexto estamos haciendo estos lapbooks para repasar la función de nutrición.
